Who is Jake's Rentals?
Jake's Rentals (Jakes Rentals) is a locally owned Herriman company known for trailer rentals and heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and tractors. Their marketing emphasizes affordable daily and weekly rates for homeowners and contractors in the southwest Salt Lake Valley.
Versi overlaps on compact equipment but competes more directly on commercial aerials, telehandlers, and dealer sales. If your project is a dump trailer weekend, Jake’s may be the first call; if your project is a Genie boom on a commercial site, Versi is the stronger specialized fit.
