Versi Rentals rents and sells construction equipment, trailers, and golf carts. This policy explains what information we collect when you use versirentals.com, call us, or rent or buy from us, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Contact and quote requests. Your name, email, phone number, the equipment you're interested in, and your message.
Accounts. Your name, email, and phone number when you create an account or sign in.
Rentals and purchases. Your contact details, billing and delivery addresses, the equipment and dates you book, and your invoices and payments.
Chat. The messages you type into the chat assistant on our site.
Website use. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and whether you tapped a call or text link, collected through analytics and advertising tools (see below).

How we use it

To answer your questions, quote prices, and schedule rentals, deliveries, and pickups.
To send invoices, take payments, and keep business and tax records.
To run and improve our website and measure how well our advertising works.
To protect against fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Card and bank payments are processed by our payment providers, including QuickBooks Payments (Intuit) and Shopify. We do not store your full card number.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

Intuit QuickBooks, for customer records, invoices, and payments.
Shopify, for our product catalog and online checkout.
Vercel and Neon, which host our website and database.
Resend, which delivers the emails our website sends.
OpenAI, which powers the chat assistant and processes the messages you send it.
Google, for advertising and measuring ad results.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to count visits without advertising cookies. We use the Google Ads tag, which can set cookies, to measure which ads lead to calls, texts, and orders. You can limit ad personalization in your Google account's ad settings or block cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep customer, rental, and payment records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Contact and chat messages are kept only as long as they're useful for following up with you.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (801) 880-8800 or visiting us. Some records, like invoices, must be kept for tax purposes even if you ask us to delete your account.

Children

Our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
