HVAC is height plus weight. Duct and diffusers are scissor work. Rooftop units are a crane conversation or a telehandler chart, not a 19 ft scissor with optimism. Pick the people machine and the placement machine separately.

Articulating booms for working over parapets. Straight sticks when you have a clear shot. Electric booms if you are in a courtyard with neighbors.
