Concrete does not fix a soft pad. The rental that matters is the compaction and the material mover the week before the pump shows up. Light towers matter if you are finishing after dark. A boom lift is not a concrete plan unless you are actually setting forms at height.
Base
Ride-on or walk-behind roller for the field, plate for edges, rammer for clay pockets. CTL or skid steer to place base. Dump trailer to fetch more when you under-ordered.
The pour
If it is a night or winter pour, add light towers. If you are placing mesh or forms at height, that is a scissor or boom — separate from compaction.
After
Do not run a telehandler on green slab because the schedule is aggressive. Wait, or use designated paths the engineer blessed.
Order as a package
Base + compaction + lights if needed. Call (801) 880-8800 with square footage and pour time.

FAQ
How far ahead should I compact?
Far enough that the inspector and the pump are not the same morning. Wet base that you “will roll later” is how you get pumping delays.
Do you rent power trowels?
Our listed classes are compaction, aerial, and earthmoving. Ask what is in the yard; do not assume a finishing fleet.
Can a telehandler place concrete?
With the right bucket and a chart, it can place material. It is not a pump. Do not treat it like one.
Machines on the lot
Live inventory rotates. These are current machines in the related rental collections — not a promise that a specific used unit is still here.
