What is actually the same
In the 19, 26, 32, and 40 ft electric classes, working height, width conventions, and non-marking indoor tires are in the same neighborhood. A GS-1932 and an SJ3219 are both 19 ft-class slab scissors. Your doorway, ceiling, and floor load still decide the rental. Brand does not.
Where operators notice a difference
Genie crews often cite proportional controls and a control layout they already use on Genie booms and telehandlers. Skyjack crews cite simpler diagnostics and the “simply reliable” wiring that rental techs like at 6 a.m. Neither story is a spec sheet. If your people are faster on one joystick, say so — we will try to match it.
Rough-terrain scissors
