Facility Maintenance Equipment Rental

What schools, churches, hospitals, and plants rent for ongoing maintenance — mast lifts, 19 ft scissors, towable booms, and compact indoor machines.

Facility work is occupied buildings, odd hours, and floors somebody already finished. Electric mast lifts and 19 ft scissors are the default. Towable electric booms cover exterior lights without a construction boom living in the parking lot all month. Diesel RT equipment is the exception, not the opener.

Interiors

Mast lifts for single-tech work and sensitive floors. 19–26 ft scissors for gyms, sanctuaries, and warehouses. Quiet and zero exhaust matter when people are in the next room.

Exteriors

Towable T350/T500 class if the crew can hitch and the work is occasional. Self-propelled 40–45 ft if they will move all day. Do not store an S-65 at a school for two fixture changes.

Plants and high bays

Articulating booms for working over equipment. Scissors only when the floor is open and the work is straight up. Lockout and floor-load notes still apply.

Standing orders

If you maintain several buildings, we can standardize on a class. Call (801) 880-8800 rather than re-specifying 19 ft every time.

FAQ

Can we keep a scissor on site monthly?

Yes — monthly rates exist for a reason. Tell us if it will sit more than it works; sometimes a smaller class on call is cheaper.

Hospital and school rules?

Electric, non-marking, and a certificate of insurance. We will match the machine; you still own the badging and escort rules.

After-hours delivery?

Ask. Occupied facilities often want early or late drops. We schedule around that more easily if we know.

Need a quote on the right class?

Call or text — we'll match height, width, and capacity to the job instead of renting you a bigger machine than you need.
